Coffee break in a new way. Add a generous dose of heavy whipping cream and a little vanilla to your favorite drink for a great keto snack.

Ingredients

  • 225 mlCoffee

  • 60 ml Cream

    heavy cream for whipping

  • 0.25 tsp Vanilla extract

  • Cocoa powder or cinnamon

    cocoa powder or ground cinnamon (optional)

Looking to turn your drink into a low-carb dessert? Before pouring coffee, simply add some dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa) to the cup. So, after drinking a drink, you will find a pleasant surprise at the bottom in the form of melted chocolate. Grab a spoon and enjoy!

Steps

Prepare coffee in the way you are used to.

Whisk in the cream with a little vanilla extract.

Pour the coffee into a large mug. Add whipped cream and vanilla mixture. Sprinkle with cocoa powder or ground cinnamon on top, if desired.

Serve immediately, ideally with a small handful of your favorite nuts.
